Returns You can return an item within 3 calendar days from the date you have received it. Please note that the product packing should be intact (open sachets will not be accepted), unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and begin your refund process. Refund of money will happen the way payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in about 10-15 working days through our Payment Gateway partners.

You will be eligible for refund of the amount that you have paid for that item in your invoice only.

Cancellations on orders will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. We will not be able to cancel your order once it's shipped.
